  • Responsible for selling to and servicing groups
  • Provide a strong representation of Terra Wellness Spa for group accounts by conducting spa tours for corporate market or event planners.
  • Represents the company in assigned business/official functions or industry events

Job Description

  • Sourcing new corporate accounts through sales visits to promote Terra Wellness Spa and generate revenue
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in order to produce group business by conducting regular sales visits, products presentations, entertainment, correspondence (fax, email, mail, telephone)
  • Aggressive negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to close on business.
  • Ensures high level of customer satisfaction
  • Updates clients with latest developments and promotions thru telemarketing, email and mailers
  • Provides administrative, clerical and office assistance in the Sales& Marketing Department (typing, filing, faxing, answering phone calls, updating of department's database of contacts, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage pre & post–sales activities
  • Recommends rates/ discounts/ tie-ups for review based on client needs and industry trends
  • Submits to the department manager a weekly report on the various accounts visited highlighting feedback and developments
  • Handles database of clients & keeps it updated on a regular basis
  • Makes recommendations for ideas or ways to more efficiently handle her area of responsibility.
  • Other duties which may be asked / assigned from time to time by the Management, as deemed necessary for company operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years sales experience in the hospitality / wellness industry is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in maintaining and building relationships with clients, while aggressively developing new business
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be self motivated and results oriented
  • Computer skills needed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • None

Compensation Package

  • Salary (depends on work experience) + commission

Other Incentive

  • Commission on gym membership sold

Allowances

  • Official Business transportation and communication allowance

Work Hours

  • Minimum of 48 hours Mondays – Fridays (9AM onwards)
