Terra Wellness Spa boasts of 7 treatment rooms, including 3 couples’ suites, each with a private shower, 1 treatment room for foot therapies, and a relaxation lounge.

Scheduling an Appointment

To ensure the availability of your preferred time and service, it is best to book an appointment at least 2 days ahead. For reservations, please call the following numbers:

Personal Health Information

To ensure the maximum benefit and safety of your treatment, kindly advise us of any allergies, injuries, or exceptional health condition that we should note prior to your session.

Age Requirement

Only persons aged 16 and above can avail of the treatments and use of facilities at Terra Wellness Spa.

Arrival

For standard treatments, we encourage you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your set appointment, in order to give allowance for changing, relaxation, and enjoyment of the extensive facilities at Terra. Note that late arrivals may result in a reduction in treatment time.

If you wish to use the wet amenities at Balance Lifestyle Fitness Club prior to your treatment, please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.

Complimentary Provisions

It is our pleasure to provide you with towels, slippers, shower caps, disposable underwear, and other amenities that you may require during your visit.

Courtesy at Terra

The atmosphere and ambiance at Terra is one of relaxation and tranquility. In this light, kindly extend courtesy to fellow guests and clientele with respect to individual privacy and serenity.

Please keep in mind that smoking is not allowed inside the facilities and all mobile phones must be turned off or put on silent mode.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and to our staff, kindly inform us of any cancellations or changes in your appointment schedule at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Terra at Home

Recreate your Terra experience right in your own home with our special treatment oils and products. These are available for purchase at the reception desk.

Parking

For our guests, we provide complimentary 2-hour valet service at Discovery Suites.
